The CPRN is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit member-owned oil and gas industry-driven initiative to promote best management practices, share resources, expertise, and training with an emphasis on responding to oil and gas emergencies. 

The CPRN is committed to developing tools, resources, and best practices for industry and all-hazards emergencies through training, exercises, and learning from incidents.

The CPRN develops and fosters relationships between industry, response contractors and public emergency response organizations to build preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation solutions in Northern Colorado’s DJ Basin.
